With years of experience in event planning and PR activations, we kept seeing the same the same thing, we always had a clear vision for the event, but forced to assemble it across a planner, a décor company, a staffing agency, a marketing freelancer and a content creator — and then left to project-manage all of them. Details fell through the cracks between vendors, because no one owned the whole thing.
